Green comes to Parente Randolph with over 10 years of experience working for and advising exempt organizations, including medical centers, retirement communities and universities. His extensive experience also includes advising exempt/non-profit organizations on tax matters relating to intermediate sanctions, merger transactions and physician practice acquisitions, as well as unrelated business income issues, income, sales and use and employment tax.
