RAMADA INN IS AWARDED GOLD KEY DESIGNATION: CORPORATE PROGRAM RECOGNIZES QUALITY EXCELLENCE

-- The Wilkes-Barre Ramada is proud to announce that the hotel has been awarded the pestigious "Gold Key" designation by Ramada Franchise Systems, Inc. The Gold Key program rewards those properties having the highest Quality Assurance and Customer Service scores. The Ramada Inn Wilkes-Barre is owned by the Wilkes-Barre Inn. Mr. Anthony J. Grosek, III is the General Manager. The property has 175 rooms, board rooms and ballroom space up to 500, Windows Restaurant and Keenans Irish Pub. Guest rooms feature free HBO 1 and 2; 27" color TV's; telephones with auto voice mail; in room hair dryers and irons with boards; coffee makers; and more.
The Gold Key designation is given only to those properties attaining a score of 460 points or more and having an "Excellent" Housekeeping score on their annual Quality Assurance inspections. |
