TELEREX TO HIRE 80 MORE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES

-- Telerx, the service bureau that specializes in customer care, is aggressively recruiting customer service representatives for expanding client programs.
Two of Telerx’s client programs – one of the world’s leading manufacturers of household products and a well-known health care organization – are expanding. Customer service representatives who join these growing teams will handle incoming consumer contacts via phone, mail, email, the Internet and fax only. They will not be telemarketing or making outbound sales calls. Instead, they will educate consumers about the household items they use everyday, answering questions like how to use products or where to find them. Or, they will help consumers and patients take care of themselves by addressing health-related issues.
