Join us for a Virtual Sweatworking to help break up your workday. We partnered with Wilkes-Barre Family YMCA to bring you, not ONE, but TWO, virtual workout sessions. Each session is designed to fit into your normal workday.
See below for session descriptions and registration options. After registering for the workout session(s) of your choice, you will receive an email from a member of our team containing the link for a Zoom meeting.
Cardiovascular Endurance: 5:30 PM
Our Zoom meeting will be open at 5:30 pm for exercise technique discussion and a few questions as time allows. At 12:40 pm we will have a 30-minute class focused on cardiovascular endurance with some strength and core using body weight only. Participants can expect to feel heart elevation, moderate to intense exertion based on their effort and perspiration. A mat is recommended if available but not required. Please wear safe footwear for exercise. Laced and tied sneakers are recommended.
